Shannon is the best. She is knowledgeable, aware of budget requirements, and always tries to give me a little better deal when I purchase. She has helped me pick out numerous pieces for my wife and has gotten me many browny points. The beautiful John Hardy and Pandora lines are two of my wife's favorites from Lauray's. You won't find a better place to purchase and I have sent several young couples there to find engagement rings and I recommend them regularly. They do customer items as well. I had the jeweler turn my late mother's engagement ring into a diamond pendant that I gave to my wife as an anniversary gift. Amazing place with amazing people!!!
