  I bought a sectional from ffo and the extra warranty back in march 2017 by August the material started to rip and springs were coming up through the material on the bottom. I called emailed and spoke to the manager in person multiple times over 5 months trying to get furniture fixed. It took 2 months for them to send someone out to sew the ripped material. In Dec 2017 they tell me the board on the bottom is messed up and needs to be replaced this is what's causing the springs to pop up. Here it is in February 2018 and still nothing has been done for the spring! I will not waste my money on warranty or family furniture again. I will be going somewhere else for my furniture needs for my family!
